In this day and age, more than ever before, people look at themselves and others, and 'measure' their success in business, and their professional endeavors, as if it is the most important quality in their lives. Factors, such as new(er) generations in the workforce, with different expectations; use of tools, and technology, among others, are contributing to a new sense of relevance. A CV does not say much anymore, but rather how authentic you decide to be, the kind of relationships that you foster, and how you relate your purpose to encourage others. Are you this kind of leader, who embraces quality and honesty in relationships and teams; the human behind the manager's role, the motivator, who leads with clarity and strategy?
