We have marked Innovation in Team Building for PECO Exelon OLE, the pivotal moment for growth, promoting Effective Communication among a diverse group of team members in such a lively Organization, which promotes and influences, in turn, Diversity in Philadelphia. Involved in a fun series of activities, we learned how, individually and collectively, we like to ‘get things done’, the dynamics of a team comprised of multiple traits; and how to adapt our natural behaviors to work together better. This is the first step in applying emotional intelligence and fostering culture. Additionally, we applied Design Thinking in a fun and exciting new way to create a cohesive Vision of the Team's Strategy and Capabilities for the near future.
