Working better together is paramount in any team building exercise. It was an honor and a privilege to work with the entire Human Resources Team of PECO Exelon Philadelphia. We learned how to foster a great environment and culture, communicate more effectively and avoid stress.

Additionally, we applied Design Thinking in a fun and exciting new way to create a cohesive Vision of the Team's Strategy and Capabilities for the near future. It was great to see and work with so many familiar faces, my old and dear SAP Team from the early 2000's. Time flies and takes us places! Several large Philadelphia companies, like Comcast, Aramark and Wells Fargo provided tips on doing business with the iconic brands. Allora, sentiamoci in Italiano! Fantastic time with the new cohort dynamic Digital Business Management Master Students from Italy. Best feedback ever is to hear: 'Rafael, you are not going to be our teacher for the rest of the month, only this week? Nooo, stay!' :) Miss you too!
