Working better together is paramount in any team building exercise. It was an honor and a privilege to work with the entire Human Resources Team of PECO Exelon Philadelphia. We learned how to foster a great environment and culture, communicate more effectively and avoid stress. This is the first step in applying emotional intelligence and fostering culture. Additionally, we applied Design Thinking in a fun and exciting new way to create a cohesive Vision of the Team's Strategy and Capabilities for the near future. It was great to see and work with so many familiar faces, my old and dear SAP Team from the early 2000's. Time flies and takes us places! Fantastic time with the new cohort dynamic Digital Business Management Master Students from Italy.
